1. Controller

2. What we process and why

When you sign in with Discord (OAuth2) we receive and store:

• Your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar,
• your email address (Discord scope “email”; only visible to administrators of this service),
• your login time.
• The list of your Discord servers (name, icon, your permissions) is kept in your session only, so we can show you which servers you can manage.
• With the scope “guilds.join” the bot adds you to our support server. Your roles on that server decide your plan (User, VIP, Ultimate, Unlimited) and are synchronised with the dashboard.

3. Server data

If the bot is used on a Discord server, the server administrators configure which data is processed (module settings, message templates, logs). Depending on the enabled modules this includes Discord user IDs, role/channel IDs and the content entered by users, for example: moderation cases (target, moderator, reason, duration), ticket records, feedback ratings, giveaway entries, team warns and the message-builder drafts. The server operators are responsible for informing their members.

4. Legal basis

Sign-in and use of the dashboard: performance of the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Operation, security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Cookies

We use a single technically necessary session cookie to keep you signed in (7 days). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Third parties

• Discord Inc. (sign-in, bot, support server) – see Discord’s privacy policy.
• Google Fonts: the website loads fonts from Google’s servers, which transmits your IP address to Google.
• Twitch (only if the streams module is used): the bot queries public stream data.

7. Custom bot tokens

If an Ultimate/Unlimited user connects an own bot, its token is stored encrypted and used only to run that bot.

8. Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while you have an account. Server data is kept while the bot is active on the server. You can ask for deletion at any time via [email protected].

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
